Objectives and Scopes

Welcome from the Programme Director

The quality of education takes shape every day—in the decisions we make, the relationships we build and the opportunities we create for every learner. Educational leadership matters when it turns those opportunities into reality. With this conviction, I welcome you to the MSc in Educational Administration and Management at the Department of Primary Education, of the University of Thessaly.

In our program, we connect academic knowledge with practice and encourage teachers and educational leaders to ask meaningful questions, reconsider established practices and take action to improve their schools.

Inclusion, social justice and sustainable development guide our work towards schools where every person has a voice, feels a sense of belonging and has opportunities to grow. I invite you to join a learning community that welcomes your experience, ideas and aspirations. The education we envision needs people who can help shape it. We invite you to become one of them.
